Use each individual’s strengths to effectively manage time and resources, generate ideas, solve problems, be innovative, and deliver the required results within the team.

Explore the collective dynamics within teams to address key issues such as power, authority, roles, values, competition, and trust.

Team Planning and Task Achievement

These experiential learning activities focus on building team planning and task achievement skills, which include team problem-solving activities, process improvement, resource management, prioritisation, goal setting and monitoring skills.

Team Briefing and Supervision

Team briefing and supervisory skills are enhanced through our team building activities that focus on communication skills, chairing & group management, and instruction & delegation skills.

Team Building

The section includes experiential learning activities focusing on building teams – including tools to improve teamwork in newly or loosely formed teams, team performance improvement, team task achievement, team roles, cross-team collaboration and team communication skills.

Large, Remote, and Inter-team Working

Experiential learning activities which focus on working within and managing large teams, remote teamwork and interdependent teams. As teams are ever expanding, changing, and working remotely, we need to adapt and modify the way in which we work. Our experiential learning activities simulate a virtual workplace to develop an understanding of how to to work and develop teamwork with a large team, some of whom might not have face to face interaction, but are interdependent on one another.

Team Roles, Values, and Culture

It is important for individuals to understand individual and team roles & responsibilities, values, and cultures within a team. If individuals are unaware of what role others are in, or their own responsibilities, problems will arise. Teams should be sensitive and aware of the team’s and other individual’s values and cultures in order to work collaboratively, efficiently, and as a team. Our experiential learning activities focus on generating awareness of understanding team roles, individual and team values & culture.
